Saltash Gateway Community Interest Company wants to hear from you informally at Ashtorre Rock Community Centre, Saltash on Wednesday March 3rd from 10am to 4pm, Drop in any time and stay for as long as you wish. Light refreshments will be provided.
[Ashtorre Rock is at the waterside, directly under Brunel’s railway bridge]
We’re interested in your views and experiences on, for example: young people’s needs, loneliness, dementia, help with jobs, support for carers, who to contact in crisis, etc. We are working with the local NHS and social care services and need your views ahead of a formal meeting with them on March 23rd. – at which there will be places for carers and service users. Your voice can be heard!

Shake off the winter blues and enjoy the best that the Tamar Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) has to offer with the Spring Trail Festival this April.
With more than 30 events happening there’s something for all ages and abilities.
Taking place just after the Easter weekend, choose from a wide range of events, including walks, talks and workshops across the area. The Tamar Valley sits right on the doorstep of Tavistock, Launceston and Plymouth – and this mini festival is the perfect way to explore the landscape and everything it has to offer.
· Enjoy a relaxing river cruise, historical hike or a stroll looking for Spring flowers.
· Take part in birdwatching, mask-making or den-building.
· Become a Nature Detective or chase the White Rabbit.
· Have a hoot, looking for owls with special night-vision equipment, delight in our Daffodil Day or join one of our special ‘Great Estates’ events.

June 19th & 20th.Saltash Regatta. This year, the theme will again be the Black Prince, with strong connections to Saltash and Trematon Castle.The central feature of the Regatta will be the Mixed and Veterans Pilot Gig Championship, hosted by Saltash's own Caradon Gig Club.
